Refunds Policy
If for any reason you aren’t absolutely blown away by your hand-made we would absolutely love to make it right in any way we can.
We stand by our products 100%. If you are not satisfied we will issue you store credit of your order value (what you paid after discount if applicable). Also please note your original shipping cost with your order ( if any ) is non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item or two, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only eligible if its unused, unwashed and not altered in anyway. Exchanges for different designs are not accepted. Email us at contact@ravebonfire.com for instructions and exchange item / size and we will get the correct item(s) sent to you.
Damaged or Defective Item: If you received a defective, damaged or an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will get it sorted out immediately. Email us at contact@ravebonfire.com .
if the package has been opened, the customer is entitled to declare any problems or defects in the items within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to facilitate a smooth return process for our customers.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Rave Bonfire, every item is custom-made on demand at the time of your order. Because of this unique process, we do not accept returns for refunds or store credit once an order has been placed.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is any issue with your order — such as a quality defect, damage, or an error in production — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Our team will review the situation and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or correction at no extra cost to you.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition when reported.

Requests outside the 7-day window cannot be accepted.

Customization choices (size, design, etc.) are final once the order is submitted.
Cancellations: Unfortunately, due to our on-demand manufacturing process, we are unable to cancel any orders more than 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- If your order shows “delivered” and you did not receive it. Please contact your local courier and file a claim.
- We are not responsible if the given address is incorrect and we will not replace/refund with store credit if it is delivered to the incorrect address. Please contact us before it ships to change the address if you find any errors with your address.
Unclaimed Orders: If a customer fails to receive or claim their order within 30 days of the initial delivery attempt (despite repeated contact attempts), the order will be considered abandoned. No refunds or reshipments will be issued for abandoned orders.
We only offer store credit for returns.
- Please do not file a claim or dispute through PayPal or your bank without first contacting us. It is our goal to provide you with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and escalating a situation to such extremes without contacting us first will only result in delays of a conflict resolution.
