Overview

If for any reason you aren't absolutely blown away by your hand-made Rave Bonfire piece, we'd love the chance to make it right. We stand by our products 100%.

If you're not satisfied, we'll issue you store credit for the value of your order (the amount you paid after any discounts applied). Please note that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Refunds are issued as store credit

All approved refunds are issued in the form of a digital gift card that can be used site-wide at ravebonfire.com. We do not issue cash refunds.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We've got you. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In their original condition and packaging
  • Requested for a size swap on the same item (not a different design)

Email us at contact@ravebonfire.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll send you step-by-step instructions and ship out your replacement as soon as we receive the original.

Design Exchanges

Exchanges are size-to-size only. We cannot swap an item for a different design or style since each piece is made to order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll sort it out immediately — that's on us.

Contact us at contact@ravebonfire.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Eligible claims get a free replacement

If the issue is on our end, we'll send a replacement or correction at no extra cost. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered when reported.

Cancellations

Every Rave Bonfire piece is custom-made on demand, which means production starts fast. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After that window, the printing and production process has already begun and the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Delivery & Address Issues

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows "delivered" but your package hasn't arrived, please contact your local courier directly and file a claim. They are best equipped to investigate missing packages within their network.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us before your order ships and we'll update it.

Orders delivered to incorrect addresses cannot be replaced or refunded as store credit.

Unclaimed Orders

If you fail to receive or claim your order within 30 days of the initial delivery attempt (and despite our repeated contact attempts), the order will be considered abandoned. No refunds or reshipments will be issued for abandoned orders.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders left unclaimed due to unpaid customs duties or taxes are also considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued. By placing an order, you agree to cover any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by U.S. Customs or the U.S. government. While Rave Bonfire prepays certain duties, any additional charges remain the customer's responsibility.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • All customized or made-to-order items (including every jersey in our catalog)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Original shipping charges

Before You Dispute

Please don't file a claim or dispute through PayPal or your bank without contacting us first. Our goal is to provide the highest level of customer service, and escalating a situation before we've had a chance to help will only delay resolution.
