How do I track my order?
Two ways. Drop your order number (and email) into the tracker at the top of this page for live status, or head to My Account → Orders → Track. The moment your order ships, we also email you a tracking number automatically — no need to ask.
How long until my order ships?
Standard production is 5–7 business days before your order leaves our facility. During festival peak season that can extend to 6–8 business days as volume spikes. You’ll get your tracking number the moment it ships.
How fast is shipping once it’s on the way?
Express shipping via UPS and DHL delivers in 2–4 business days once your order leaves production. So from order to doorstep, most orders land within about 7–11 business days — a little longer during peak festival weeks.
How long do custom or personalized orders take?
Custom and personalized pieces — names, numbers, crew logos, full-color designs — run on the same 5–7 business day production window as everything else. If you’re ordering for a specific festival date, give yourself the peak-season buffer (6–8 days) plus the 2–4 day shipping window and order ahead.
When will I get my tracking number?
Automatically, by email, the moment your order ships out of production. If it’s been past the 5–7 day production window and you haven’t seen a shipping email, check your spam folder first, then look under My Account → Orders.
My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
First, make sure your order has cleared the 5–7 business day production window — tracking only moves once the order physically ships. If it shows shipped but hasn’t scanned an update in 3–5 business days, email contact@ravebonfire.com with your order number and we’ll chase the carrier for you.
