Bonnaroo is America's most iconic camping festival and one of the longest-running multi-genre music events in the country. Held every June at the 700-acre Great Stage Park in Manchester, Tennessee, Bonnaroo brings together 80,000+ Bonnaroovians for four days of music, art, and community. Since 2002, the festival has defined the American destination-festival experience — mud boots in the forecast, sunrise sets at Which Stage, and the famous mantra of Radiate Positivity.
Bonnaroo spans eight stages including the legendary What Stage (mainstage), Which Stage (secondary main), This Tent, That Tent, The Other, Plaza Stage, Cinema Tent, and the 24-hour Silent Disco. The lineup philosophy has always been aggressively multi-genre, putting acts from opposite ends of the music world on the same day, with dozens of rising indie acts filling out the daytime slots. Electronic music has a significant presence, and dance acts have headlined here over the years. The bill for 2026 is published on the festival's own site at https://bonnaroo.com/.
Camping at Bonnaroo is the soul of the experience. The farm property includes multiple camping zones from General Admission to Premium to VIP Glamping, plus the legendary RV Lots. Showers, potable water, and 24-hour food vendors run throughout the camping areas. The campground programming — yoga, silent discos, coffee bars, community activities — means the festival truly never sleeps. Centeroo (the festival grounds) opens at 10 AM and runs past 4 AM daily.
