What is Tomorrowland 2026?

Tomorrowland is an electronic music festival held in the De Schorre recreation area in Boom, Belgium. Its official press site says it is organized and owned by its original founders, the Beers brothers, and that it was first held in 2005. The 2026 edition, which the festival calls its 20th, ran over two weekends: Friday, July 17 to Sunday, July 19 and Friday, July 24 to Sunday, July 26, 2026. According to the festival, 400,000 People of Tomorrow from more than 200 countries gathered at De Schorre, with more than 850 artists across 16 stages.

The 2026 theme was Consciencia, a new story built around six primal emotions: Wonder, Love, Anger, Joy, Desire and Sadness. It was first revealed in Belgium and continues at Tomorrowland Thailand (December 11–13, 2026, Wisdom Valley) and Tomorrowland Brasil (April 30 to May 2, 2027, Parque Maeda, Itu), which the festival calls the last chapter of Consciencia. The festival described the Consciencia MainStage as its largest and most ambitious ever: over 43 meters tall and 140 meters wide, with 56 lasers, 38 fountains, two waterfalls and six monumental heads, one for each emotion.

On the MainStage, the festival's own recap names Martin Garrix, Calvin Harris, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Amelie Lens, David Guetta, Novah, Hardwell and Charlotte de Witte. Travel & Planning Guide

Tomorrowland's official travel program is Global Journey. For 2026 it sold all-in packages to the festival by flight, train or bus, and the festival says every Global Journey package includes a Full Madness ticket and shuttle transport to and from the festival. Hotel Packages were made for people arriving by their own transport, with a daily transfer to the festival included. Friendship Travel Packages paired B&Bs or private villas with a pickup within 200 km of the chosen accommodation and a daily shuttle. For visitors with a disability, accessible parking near the Main Entrance could be reserved with a valid blue parking card, and an accessible Kiss & Ride area was provided.

The festival's own campsite is DreamVille, right next to the festival grounds. The 2026 options were Magnificent Greens (bring your own gear or order a tent package and pick your spot), Camp2Camp (gear set up for you), Friendship Garden (a reserved spot for a group of 10 friends), Easy Tents (a Tomorrowland tent with an air mattress and sleeping bag ready on arrival) and Montagoe (a more spacious stay with a real bed and sheets). DreamVille also had an Aqua Care & Support area with adapted toilets and showers next to First Aid, and the Hospitality program offered stays in the festival's Mansions with its Exclusive Packages.

Planning for 2027? The dates are not announced yet, so watch the official Tomorrowland Belgium site. In 2026, tickets were sold only through the official channels linked from each buyer's Tomorrowland Account at my.tomorrowland.com, and joining the WorldWide Pre-Sale meant pre-registering before 15:00 CET on the day of the sale. Tickets were personal: the name on the ticket or bracelet had to match your ID, bracelets had to be personalized and activated, and resale was only allowed through the official Exchange Desk.

Make a Tomorrowland Account Early

Tickets are sold through the official shop linked from your Tomorrowland Account. In 2026, joining the WorldWide Pre-Sale meant pre-registering before 15:00 CET on the day of the sale, and the first 20 people per country of residence to pre-register got the chance to buy passes in a separate First 20 Sale. The 2027 sale dates are not announced yet, so check the official site for the new timeline.

The festival warns against the secondary market. Every ticket is personal, IDs are checked at the entrance, and the name on the ticket or bracelet must match your ID. Tickets resold outside the official Exchange Desk are canceled, and Belgian law forbids reselling a ticket at a profit.

Send Accessibility Requests Early

Accessibility requests have deadlines. In 2026 festival requests closed on July 13 and the DreamVille Aqua Care & Support and Global Journey requests closed on July 5. There was an elevator at the Main Entrance, a wheelchair-accessible viewing deck on the left of the MainStage, and NaviLens codes for blind and partially sighted visitors.
