What is the charge for a design ?
None. there are ne fees for design . We offer true 100% customization at no extra charge.
Do you sell direct or do i have to order through a sales rep?
We work directly with the consumer, so you will never have to work with a sales person or middleman. You will work with us from design to delivery.
What are your turn times?
For bulk orders, due to the embroidery and dye sublimation processes, there will be an additional 2-4 business days added to the date provided in your auto-generated order confirmation. Add to that delivery time frame of 3-5 business days.
What are your minimums? and do you offer one-off ordering?
Our bulk orders start at 20 items of the same design.If your order is below 20 we will fulfill as the normal prices.
Do You Offer Samples?
In some cases, sample products can be purchased. However, it will depend upon the product and design.
Can I Bulk Order Items That I Didn’t Find Online?
Please contact us and tell us what your idea is. We would be happy to send you a free mock-up of your design and a modest price quote based on exactly what you want.
Do you offer a general price list? What payment methods do you accept?
We do not offer a general price list, as all items are individually priced. However, we do offer price breaks once certain quantities have been met. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, check and international wire transfers.
Can I Return All Or Part Of My Bulk Order?
Our personalized items cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy on Damaged/Misprinted Items or contact our customer service for return.
What If I Received A Defective Product?
We happily exchange all items that are defective due to a manufacturing error with another non-defective product . There are several things to keep in mind when exchanging a defective product.
All defective products must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
Normal wear is not considered defective manufacturing.
