What counts toward the 10-piece minimum?
Mix products, sizes and designs in one order. Six hockey jerseys and four crop jerseys count as ten pieces. For fewer than ten, use our custom jersey page.
How much will each piece cost?
Your products, quantity, design and decoration method determine the quote. Larger orders can receive up to 70% off single-piece pricing; this is not a fixed discount for every order. Your quote confirms the exact amount.
Can everyone have their own name and number?
Yes. Names and numbers are included in the quote. Before production, we check every name, number, product and size with you.
When do we pay?
After you approve the mockup and the final roster. One payment covers the group, through a product link or invoice.
Will it arrive before our event?
Tell us the date when you request your quote. Timing depends on quantity and design, and we confirm the delivery window before payment. Please ask early for larger orders.
Are shipping and import duties included?
The current bulk-order offer includes free express shipping and import duty fees. Your quote is the final price. Include your destination country so we can plan delivery.
Can we add people later?
You can update the group before approving the mockup and roster. After approval, email Contact@ravebonfire.com so we can check whether additions are still possible.
What if something arrives wrong?
Email Contact@ravebonfire.com with photos and your order number. Problems are handled under our returns policy.
