Items that have been altered
Items not in their original packaging
Items described on this list of exceptions will be accepted for return or exchange.
The return window expires 14 business days after final delivery. If you missed the 14-day return policy, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an alternative solution.
Please note that we will not issue cash refunds for returns. Customers returning items will be issued refunds in the form of a digital gift card for store credit . Shipping costs are non-refundable in any form.
In the case of an undelivered product due to shipment cancellation, you can usually get a replacement by consulting a customer service agent.
If an item you order from us doesn’t fit, don’t worry, we are happy to exchange it for a different size.
Exchanges for different items or designs are not accepted.
