Overview

At Rave Bonfire, every jersey, hoodie, and piece in your order is custom-made on demand at the time you place it. Nothing sits in a warehouse — each item is printed, cut, and assembled specifically for you.

Because of this made-to-order process, we don't accept returns for refunds or store credit once an order has been placed. However, your satisfaction matters. If there's a quality defect, damage, or production error, we'll make it right.

Fair Buying, Fair Policy

Please choose sizes, designs, and customization options carefully before ordering. Once production begins, customization choices are final. Use our size guide if you're unsure — we're happy to help before you buy.

Exchange Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange. To qualify, items must meet all of the following:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Unaltered — no modifications, patches, or tailoring
  • In their original packaging
  • Free of damage, stains, or visible wear

If a package has been opened, you have 2 days from delivery to report any problems or defects with the items. We appreciate your cooperation — it helps us process your request quickly and fairly.

How to Request an Exchange

The process is simple. Here's how it works:

Send a message to contact@ravebonfire.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Share Details

Include your order number, the item(s), the reason, and photos if the issue is damage or a defect.

Get Instructions

We'll review your request and email you exact instructions for shipping the item back.

Resolution

Once received, we'll ship your exchange to shipping address.

Size Exchanges

If an item doesn't fit, we're happy to exchange it for a different size of the same item. No need to commit to a piece that doesn't work for your body.

Email us at contact@ravebonfire.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your size request, and we'll take care of it.

Design & Style Exchanges

Exchanges for a different item or a different design are not accepted. Since every piece is custom-produced, the item you ordered is the only version of that exact piece we made.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a quality defect, damage, or a production error, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Our team will review the case and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or correction at no extra cost.

When you email us, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • A brief description of what's wrong
Free replacement on eligible claims

If we made the mistake, we fix it — free of charge. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition when reported.

How Refunds Are Issued

We do not issue cash refunds. Approved returns are refunded as a digital gift card for store credit, equal to the value of the returned item (after any discounts applied). Store credit can be used site-wide on any future order at ravebonfire.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in any form.

If your order was undelivered due to a shipment cancellation, you can usually get a replacement by reaching out to our customer service team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

  • All customized and made-to-order items (every jersey we sell)
  • Sale items, discounted items, and promotional-priced items
  • Free gifts and bonus items
  • Items that are damaged, dirty, or altered after delivery
  • Items not returned in their original packaging
  • Requests submitted outside the 14-day window
Missed the 14-day window?

If the exchange window has expired, reach out anyway at contact@ravebonfire.com — we can sometimes arrange an alternative solution on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

Because every item is custom-made on demand, production starts quickly. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, the production process has already begun and cancellation is no longer possible. Customization choices (size, design, etc.) are final once the order is submitted.
