What is Give Thanks Festival 2026?

Give Thanks Festival 2026 is a three-night electronic music event at San Jose Convention Center, 150 W San Carlos St, San Jose, California. It runs on Wednesday, November 25, Friday, November 27 and Saturday, November 28, 2026, from 6 PM to 1 AM each night. There is no event on Thursday, November 26 (Thanksgiving Day). Give Thanks is presented by Midnite Events and Insomniac, and passes are sold through the official ticket shop on Front Gate Tickets. General Admission is 18+ and VIP is 21+.

The 2026 lineup is built around what the festival calls "exclusive back-to-back sets." The official homepage opens its lineup section with one set per night: Zeds Dead B2B Levity on Wednesday, SLANDER B2B Seven Lions on Friday and Wankdat (Crankdat B2B Wooli) on Saturday. The official lineup page lists 17 performances so far, including a mystery B2B and two sets whose partner is still to be announced, and says more artists are still under wraps. Stage assignments and set times have not been confirmed. The festival tags the sets as dubstep, bass, drum & bass, trance, electronic, hip-hop and pop.

The festival's official gallery shows the 2025 edition at San Jose Convention Center on Friday, November 28 and Saturday, November 29, 2025, and the 2024 edition at the Cow Palace. The official venue map shows a single stage on a long main floor, with a VIP area, bars, a food concession, free water points and three first-aid rooms. The event is cashless, alcohol is bought with drink tickets, and there is no same-day re-entry.

Give Thanks takes place at San Jose Convention Center, 150 W San Carlos St, San Jose, CA 95113, in downtown San Jose. VTA light rail serves Convention Center station. The festival asks you to plan both directions with current VTA schedules, especially around the holiday, and notes that its end time does not guarantee late-night transit. If you drive, the Convention Center garage has entrances on Market Street and South Almaden Boulevard, and the official parking map marks seven garages around the venue. The festival notes that event rates, available spaces and entry arrangements can change, so check Visit San Jose's parking guide, linked from the official site, before you go. Rideshare pickup and drop-off is at 408 Almaden Boulevard, so choose a meeting point with your group before you arrive. There is no camping or tailgating. The hotels section of the official site says "Coming soon", so check back there, and book a room early if you are coming from out of town, since it is a holiday week.

First-timer tip: there is no show on Thursday, November 26, so a 3-Day pass gives you a night off in the middle. Allow time for downtown traffic and the ID and security checks at entry, bring a bag that meets the clear-bag policy, and have a card or phone ready because the venue is cashless. Sort out your ride home before the music stops at 1 AM.

Use Thursday To Recharge

There is no event on Thursday, November 26 (Thanksgiving Day). With a 3-Day pass you get Wednesday night, a full day off, then Friday and Saturday back to back. Eat well, sleep and rest your feet on Thursday so you still have energy for the weekend.

Each night ends at 1 AM. Rideshare pickup is at 408 Almaden Boulevard, and the festival warns that its end time does not guarantee late-night transit, so check VTA schedules or sort out your ride before you go in. Agree on a meeting point with your group in case a phone dies.

Vapes, aerosols, glass, cans, gas masks, lasers, markers, red light-up wands, lightsabers and public-safety-uniform costumes are all banned, and smoking and vaping are not allowed inside.
