What is Toxic Winter 2027?

Toxic Winter 2027 is a two-night bass music festival on Friday, February 5 and Saturday, February 6, 2027 at The Midway, 900 Marin St, San Francisco, CA 94124. The official lineup poster credits Insomniac and Vital as presenters; Insomniac runs it under its Bassrush bass brand and Vital Events is the San Francisco and Sacramento promoter it partners with on Bay Area shows. The Insomniac event page lists 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM on both nights, and both the event page and the poster mark the show 21+. Toxic is a Bay Area bass series with a summer and a winter edition, and the 2027 winter edition moves to The Midway after the 2026 edition at DNA Lounge.

The lineup was announced around September 24, 2026 and lists 22 acts in alphabetical order, with no day split on the official poster or the official event page: Alyssa Jolee, Automhate presents: VYLE, BEAUZ, Codd Dubz, DAZZLE$, Dr Donk, Dual Damage, Finnuh, FuntCase, GRAVEDGR, Hostage Situation, INFEKT, Mish, Must Die!, OG Nixin, Riot Ten, roi*, Sanzu B2B 7L, Vieze Asbak, Warlord, Xotix and Yosuf. The Midway is a converted warehouse venue in the Dogpatch and Bayview area of San Francisco with more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. Its corporate event listings give a 12,000 square foot main room called Ride that holds 1,500 standing, plus a Gallery room, a Carousel room and an outdoor Patio, with an overall maximum of about 2,500. That makes Toxic Winter a club-scale festival compared with arena bass events: you are close to the booth in every room, the show is indoors and out under one roof in February, and the Toxic summer editions at The Midway have used three stages. The Midway is at 900 Marin St in southeast San Francisco, in the Dogpatch and Bayview area east of US-101 and I-280. San Francisco International (SFO) is the closest airport, with Oakland (OAK) across the bay as an alternative. The Midway FAQ says street parking around the venue is extremely limited and that there are no personal bike racks on site, so a rideshare or a taxi is the simplest way in and out. Plan your ride home before the 2:00 AM finish, when both nights end at the same time for everyone.

There is no camping at Toxic Winter; it is an indoor, evening-only event. No official hotel partner had been announced on the Insomniac event page as of October 3, 2026. SoMa, Mission Bay and the Dogpatch are the closest hotel areas to the venue, and staying near the airport is cheaper but adds a longer late-night ride. Since the show runs Friday and Saturday nights, a two-night stay with a late checkout on Sunday, February 7 is the easiest plan.

Buy tickets only through the official Tixr page, which The Midway and Vital link to; the Insomniac concert guidelines say there are no refunds or exchanges. The Midway FAQ says street parking around 900 Marin St is extremely limited and that there are no personal bike racks on site. Both nights run 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM, so everyone leaves at once at close. Take a rideshare or taxi in, agree on a meeting point outside before the last set, and expect surge pricing right at 2:00 AM. If you are with a group, split one car rather than ordering several.

The 2027 lineup still has riddim and dubstep from Codd Dubz, Must Die!, FuntCase and Riot Ten, but it also brings hard dance and hardcore acts such as Dual Damage, Dr Donk and Vieze Asbak. Since day splits and set times were not posted as of October 3, 2026, buy the 2-day pass if you want a specific artist and watch Insomniac's socials for the schedule.

On October 3, 2026 the Tixr listing for Toxic Winter 2027 showed 2-day GA already on Tier 2 at $129.99 with fees, a 2-day VIP pass at $169.99 and a VIP Couch package at $2,163. Tiers move up as they sell. Insomniac's guidelines say there are no refunds or exchanges, so only buy once you are sure, and only through the official Tixr page linked from the Insomniac event page.
