Mustache Bash is a one-day, '70s-themed funk and disco party in San Diego, and the 2027 edition is on Saturday, March 27, 2027. The official San Diego page confirms the date and says the Bash returns to Mariner's Point Park in Mission Beach, where the 2025 and 2026 editions were held; the City of San Diego event listing gives the park's address as 3119 Mariners Way, San Diego, CA 92109. The official Info page says the party runs from 2 PM to 10 PM, rain or shine, and is strictly 21+ with photo ID. It was started in March 2008 as a house party by Tyler Dupraw and a group of San Diego State friends, per Times of San Diego, and is still run by that founding crew.
The 2027 lineup has not been announced yet. The 2026 edition had 16 acts on four stages: Marc Rebillet, Armand Van Helden, Danilo Plessow (MCDE), Blu DeTiger, Razor-N-Tape, Gavin Turek, the Mustache Bash Family Band, DJ M3, DJ Dials, Discotoshi, Combover b2b Louiv, Abby Normal, He2She, Rusty Midway, Porcelain and Feelaxx, per the lineup art on the official site and SanDiegoVille. The official recap says Danilo Plessow closed 2026 on the beach at the Fire Stage. The homepage lists past acts including Lee Fields, Greyboy Allstars, Yung Bae, Yuksek and The Floozies, and the in-house Mustache Bash Family Band plays remastered '70s hits every year.
Mariner's Point is a waterfront park on Mission Bay, and the Bash turns it into a four-stage '70s party with live bands, DJs, a disco roller rink and themed decor. The official recap says 2026 also added the first Stache-N-Fashion Show. What sets the Bash apart is that the costume is the point: mustaches are "highly encouraged", the Info page says it is tradition to go all out in '70s clothes, and a coat check is available. Food comes from food trucks and the Stache Bash Bar, both card or mobile wallet only, and the park is smoke-free, so no cigarettes or vapes. It is a day party, so there is no camping and the music ends at 10 PM.
