Breakaway Tampa 2027 is the Tampa stop of the touring Breakaway Music Festival, presented by CELSIUS, and it runs Friday, April 16 and Saturday, April 17, 2027. The promoter is Breakaway Inc., and Breakaway's August 2026 announcement made Tampa the first date of the 2027 tour, which EDMTunes notes is the earliest start the festival has had in any market. As of 3 Oct 2026 the official page and the Universe ticket listing name the city only, Tampa, FL, and list the festival hours as TBA. The 2026 edition was held at the Raymond James Stadium North Grounds, 4201 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33607, from 4:00 PM to midnight both days. Breakaway is an 18+ event, and the Terrace ticket is 21+.
The 2027 lineup has not been announced yet. The official 2026 Tampa page listed 25 artists: Champagne Drip, Chris Lorenzo, Cloonee, Control Freak, DJ Mandy, Dom Dolla, Eptic, FEELNGS, JDUB, jigitz, Juelz, Kaivon, KETTAMA, Klo, MUZZ, NGHTMRE, Nikita, The Wicked, OMRI., Partiboi69, Pauline Herr, Pushman, Roddy Lima, ROOM40, Tazu and Tiësto, with FEELNGS, JDUB, Pushman and ROOM40 among the local Tampa acts named by Gotta Go Orlando. The 2027 Universe GA ticket description says your pass covers the Main Stage, a Second Stage and a Silent Disco; at the 2026 Tampa edition the Jimmy John's Silent Disco hosted local artists. Breakaway first came to Tampa in 2024, and Fox 13 reported that the 2026 edition was its third year in the city, with Breakaway president Jarrod Fucci expecting more than 32,000 fans over the two days, making it one of the brand's largest festivals. The 2026 Tampa page listed activations including a CELSIUS recharge zone with free cans, the White Claw Surge VIP Lounge, a RYTHM THC beverage roof-deck lounge, BeatBox, Garage Beer, Hiyo booze-free tonics, a NOYZ scent station, a Loose Lucy's festival-wear shop and an End Overdose booth handing out naloxone. The Space Deck is a multi-level platform over the VIP area with a direct Main Stage view, sold as 21+ table packages and as the Terrace ticket. What sets Tampa apart on the 2027 calendar is timing: it is the season opener, a full month before the next stop in Atlanta.
