Counter-Notification

If you believe that material removed (or disabled) as a result of a DMCA notice was wrongly taken down, you may send us a counter-notification including:

  • Identification of the removed or disabled material and the location where it appeared before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or if outside the U.S., consent to jurisdiction in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

Rave Bonfire reserves the right to terminate, without notice, the accounts of users found to be repeat infringers.
