Neon City Festival 2026 takes place on Friday, November 20, Saturday, November 21 and Sunday, November 22, 2026 in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, across the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center (DLVEC) at 200 S 3rd St and the Fremont Street Experience canopy. It is the festival's third edition. The official site and the October 1, 2026 press release both describe it as a free, all-ages festival with no festival ticket required. It was created by downtown casino owner Derek Stevens (Circa Resort & Casino) and is run by CEO Jeff Victor, with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, Fremont Street Experience and Audacy as presenting partners. Hours for 2026 have not been posted yet; the official FAQ, last updated for the 2025 edition, listed 5pm to 1am each day.
The full 2026 lineup was announced on October 1, 2026 and is split by day on the official lineup page. Friday, November 20 is led by Diplo with Cobra Starship, Freddie Gibbs, The Paradox, Babyface Ray, Summerlin House Mafia and Split Persona. Saturday, November 21 is led by Subtronics with The Fray, Three 6 Mafia, Slick Rick, Parachute, LUCKY, The Far Worst, Hoity-Toity, Kings/Kings and a Unity Events Neon Showcase with Marsik, VLITO, Carson Wysocki, Allergic, Rainbolt and Shawn. Sunday, November 22 is led by Kaskade with Big Boi, Joyce Manor, Rich the Kid, almost monday, CID, Maesic, Quinn Ayers, King Cherry, Pure Sport and VOXXX. Marshmello and Fat Joe were named in the first announcement on August 21, 2026, but they are not on the final day-by-day poster checked on 3 October 2026, and the festival has not posted an explanation. The press release says set times and complete stage assignments will come later.
There are four stages. The official site says the DLVEC is a 120,000 square foot open-air venue for up to 11,000 guests, and the three canopy stages are the Main Street Stage between Golden Gate and Circa, the 1st Street Stage between Circa and Binion's, and the 3rd Street Stage near Fremont, Four Queens and the D. The press release calls it a "festival without fences" that spans a five-block footprint, so you walk between stages on a public pedestrian street under the Fremont Street canopy. The festival brands itself a music and culinary experience: the official FAQ says food trucks run along Fremont Street and at the DLVEC, and the 2025 culinary page listed eight vendors, with 2026 vendors still to be announced. Twelve downtown casino hotels are listed as founding properties and sit right on the footprint.
