Every jersey, hoodie and outfit is made to order for you. Here is how long each step takes and how to follow your parcel.

From order
to your door
- You order
For a custom design, your first mockup normally arrives within 24–48 hours, depending on how complex your request is. Check names, numbers, spelling and sizes before you approve it.
- We make it
Production normally takes 5–7 business days. For custom designs it starts once you approve the final design.
- We ship it
Your parcel leaves with the shipping method you chose at checkout, and the tracking number comes to you by email.

Counted from the day it ships. To Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam, standard shipping takes 10–12 days, as shown at checkout.
*Free express shipping on orders of $200 USD or more (after discounts) to the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii and US territories), Europe, the UK, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South America. Other countries, including Canada and Mexico, pay the shipping price shown at checkout. Approved bulk orders of 10 or more jerseys also get free express shipping, confirmed in your bulk quote.
We ship worldwide. The exact shipping price is shown at checkout before you pay. Times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates: carriers, customs and weather can add delays.
Ordering for a festival? Email contact@ravebonfire.com before you order. A delivery deadline counts only when we confirm it for your order in writing.
Track
your order
When your parcel ships, we email you its tracking number. You can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page, or in My Account → Orders. Need help? Email contact@ravebonfire.com with your order number.
Customs
duties and taxes
Your country may charge import duties or taxes on your order. They are set by your local customs, are not included in our prices, and are paid by you. If duties are requested, please pay them or contact us before refusing the parcel: orders refused, abandoned or returned because of unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund or a free reshipment, and you stay responsible for the order and any extra shipping costs. See section 09 of our Returns Policy.
Changes
and problems
- Cancel your order24 hours
Cancel for a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Email us with your order number.
- Exchange a size14 days
Ask within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original condition, and you can exchange it once for another size of the same design, or choose store credit. If you picked the size, you pay the return and replacement shipping. Items bought during a sale or promotion can't be exchanged, so check the size guide first.
- Defective or wrong item7 days
Report it within 7 days of delivery with photos. If approved, we send a replacement or reprint and pay the shipping, or give store credit if a replacement isn't suitable.
