Production time
Every Rave Bonfire jersey, hoodie and outfit is made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships (most jerseys: 5–7 business days; hoodies: 3–6 business days). Custom designs start production once you approve the final artwork.
Delivery times after dispatch
- Express shipping (FedEx or DHL): 2–4 business days
- Standard shipping: 8–15 business days
We ship worldwide. Express shipping is free on orders over $200 USD.
Tracking your order
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices. See section 09 of our Returns Policy for details.
Changes, exchanges and problems
- Order cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase
- Size exchange request: within 14 days of delivery
- Defective or incorrect item: report within 7 days of delivery for a refund or free reshipment
