What is We Belong Here Miami 2027?

We Belong Here Miami 2027 is a three-day dance music festival running Friday, February 26 through Sunday, February 28, 2027 at Historic Virginia Key Beach Park, 4020 Virginia Beach Dr, Miami, FL 33149, on the barrier island of Virginia Key between downtown Miami and Key Biscayne. It is the original edition of We Belong Here, the house and techno brand co-founded by Justin Dauman and Charles Hochfelder, which also runs New Orleans, Tampa Bay and Central Park editions. The official Miami page says the event is strictly 21+ and that the park has been the festival's home for the past five years, which makes 2027 year six. Daily hours had not been published as of October 3, 2026.

The 2027 lineup has not been announced. The official Miami page promises over 40 artists across three stages: the 360 Stage, the Beach Stage and the secluded Lost Village, and says single-day tickets go on sale once the lineup is released. For reference, the 2026 edition, held February 27 to March 1, 2026 and the first to run three full days, featured Chris Lake, Tiësto, Gorgon City, Elderbrook (DJ set), Lane 8, Kaskade's Redux set, Lost Frequencies and Bakermat, with Tiësto and Lane 8 playing three-hour sunset sets, according to EDMTunes. Expect the same 360-degree main stage format and long headline sets in 2027, but nothing is confirmed until the official announcement.

Historic Virginia Key Beach Park sits on the coastline with direct beachfront access, trees and ocean views, and the organizer describes it as feeling separated from the city. Production is designed around the setting and, in the official page's words, does not rely on LED walls or visual spectacle. Every ticket holder gets free water stations, lounges and air-conditioned restroom trailers, and the dance floor is intentionally oversized. Tickets are sold through Posh in Early Bird, Gold, Platinum and Tables tiers. In April 2026 the festival announced a partnership with the University of Miami Frost School of Music to fund elementary choral and string programs and build a K-12 music pathway from Pine Villa Elementary to Arthur & Polly Mays Conservatory of the Arts.

Travel & Planning Guide

Miami International Airport (MIA) is about a 20-minute drive and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) is 45 to 60 minutes north, according to the official transportation page. The festival is on Virginia Key, reached by the Rickenbacker Causeway from the mainland, and the rideshare address is 4020 Virginia Beach Dr, Miami, FL 33149. Parking is limited: one lot at Historic Virginia Key Beach next to the festival entrance and another on Arthur Lamb Jr Road, roughly a 20-minute walk away. The organizer encourages carpooling, says shuttle packages will be sold for 2027, takes private shuttle requests at reservations@webelonghere.world, and offers limited arrival by boat for table holders only. ADA parking is arranged through ada@webelonghere.world.

There is no camping. The official hotel partner is the Moxy South Beach in Miami Beach, with rooms from $399 a night on the official hotel page, checked October 3, 2026, plus a care package, complimentary beach chairs from the Moxy Beach Hut and a welcome happy hour for guests who register their booking with the festival. Brickell and downtown Miami are the closest neighborhoods to the Rickenbacker Causeway and usually the shortest rideshare to Virginia Key; Miami Beach is farther but is where the partner hotel is. Late February is high season in Miami, so book early.

Tickets are sold through Posh, and the official page says all sales are final and non-refundable. If you buy Early Bird, you must arrive within the first hour, and the daily start time had not been published as of October 3, 2026. The official FAQ says multi-day wristbands are not replaceable if lost, so a lost wristband can cost you the remaining days. The festival is fully cashless and rain or shine. Lockers can be reserved in advance from the official partner The Mobile Locker Co, which is worth it on a beach site where you will want to stash a layer and a charger.

What to Know Before You Go

⏱️
Early Bird Means Early Arrival

The official Miami page says the Early Bird tier, $199.99 for three days, is the cheapest admission but you must arrive within the first hour. Daily hours were not published as of October 3, 2026, so watch for the set-time release before you plan flights or brunch. If you cannot commit to being in line at doors every day, Gold at $239.99 removes that pressure for $40 more.

🎟️
Wait For The Lineup Or Lock The Price

Only 3-day passes are on sale now; the official page says single-day tickets arrive once the lineup is released. Payment plans are available at checkout, and the Early Bird tier is the cheapest way in at $199.99. Because all sales are final and non-refundable, buy a 3-day pass now only if you are sure you are going regardless of who is booked, since the 2027 lineup had not been announced as of October 3, 2026.

🚗
Plan The Causeway Before The Weekend

Virginia Key has one road in, over the Rickenbacker Causeway, and the official transportation page lists only two limited parking areas, one of them about a 20-minute walk from the gate. Carpool, use the rideshare address 4020 Virginia Beach Dr, or buy the shuttle package when it is released. Agree on a pickup spot with your group before the last set, when everyone requests a car at once.

🧴
Dress For Beach Sun, Then A Breeze

WeatherSpark puts late-February Miami highs around 77°F with lows in the mid 60s and steady east winds near 12 mph off the water. The site is open beachfront with trees, so bring sunglasses, a hat and non-aerosol sunscreen for the afternoon, and a light layer for after sunset. The event is rain or shine, per the official FAQ, so a packable rain shell earns its place.

💧
Use The Free Water Stations

Free water stations are listed on the official Miami page for all ticket holders, and the official FAQ lets you bring an empty reusable bottle or empty hydration pack. Outside food and drinks are not allowed, and the festival is cashless, so do not count on buying bottled water with cash. Fill up after the bag check and again before the sunset sets, when the main stage is busiest.

🔒
Guard The Wristband, Book A Locker

The official FAQ says multi-day wristbands are not replaceable if lost and you may be denied entry on the following days. Keep it tight on your wrist all weekend and do not cut it between days. The official page links locker reservations from The Mobile Locker Co, which lets you leave a jacket, phone charger and sunscreen on site instead of carrying them through three stages.
