Oliver Heldens is the Dutch DJ and producer from Rotterdam who began producing at twelve. Signed to Spinnin’ Records, his 2013 debut “Gecko” caught Tiësto’s ear; the vocal rework “Gecko (Overdrive)” with Becky Hill debuted at #1 on the UK Singles Chart in 2014, announcing him as an architect of future house.
In 2015 he launched his own Heldeep Records, now anchored by the weekly Heldeep Radio show, and unveiled his techno alter ego HI-LO — a reversal of his initials — for darker, more industrial material. The dual-alias approach lets him move between festival main stages and intimate techno clubs.
