Solomun — born Mladen Solomun in Travnik, Bosnia and raised in Hamburg, Germany — is one of the most beloved figures in melodic house and techno. His sets and productions are warm, emotional and dancefloor-focused, blending deep house, indie dance and melodic techno.
In 2005 he co-founded the Diynamic label, whose “Do It Yourself” ethos shaped a generation of melodic-house artists, and later launched the 2DIY4 imprint. His remix of Noir & Haze's “Around” was named Remix of the Year, and his Solomun +1 Sunday residency at Pacha Ibiza became one of the island's defining parties.
