Yellow Claw is a Dutch DJ and record production duo from Amsterdam, formed in 2010 by Jim Taihuttu and Nils Rondhuis. What started as a weekly Thursday night party at the city's Jimmy Woo club grew into one of the most recognizable names in bass music — a genre-blurring mix of trap, hardstyle, dubstep, moombahton and hip-hop.
Their breakthrough came in 2013 with "Shotgun" featuring Rochelle, followed by the genre-defining "Till It Hurts" in 2014. That same year the duo launched their own label, Barong Family, which became a launchpad for a whole new wave of trap and bass producers worldwide.
Across five studio albums — from Blood for Mercy (2015) to Jesus Loves Trap Music (2026) — Yellow Claw has headlined Tomorrowland's mainstage, collaborated with DJ Snake, Ty Dolla $ign and Tyga, and signed to Roc Nation.
