What is To The Future Nashville 2026?

To The Future 2026 is a two-night New Year's Eve warehouse party on Wednesday, December 30 and Thursday, December 31, 2026 at The Warehouse at the Nashville Fairgrounds, 625 Smith Ave, Nashville, TN 37204. It is produced by the Nashville promoter BLNK CNVS, which calls it "the biggest two-night NYE warehouse party in the Southeast" on the official FAQ page. The FAQ says doors open at 8pm each night and the show ends at the 2am curfew, so the Thursday night takes you past midnight into 2027. The ticketing terms say entry is 18+ with a valid government-issued photo ID.

The official lineup page lists nine artists for 2026: GRiZ, Tape B, TroyBoi, AYCH, Costa, Effin, Know Good, Kompany and Richard Finger. On the official poster GRiZ sits under Dec. 30 and Tape B under Dec. 31, while TroyBoi and the six artists listed in ABC order have no day attached yet. The Daily Frequency reported the lineup on August 10, 2026, with general on-sale on Friday, August 14 at 10am CT. Set times and stage names have not been announced yet.

This is the third edition. The official site shows past lineups for 2024, the first year, with Ganja White Night and Wooli, and 2025, with Crankdat b2b Levity and Rezz. The FAQ describes a time-travel themed warehouse party built around bass music, with "mind-blowing production" and "a massive sound system", and the homepage says the site and experience are being upgraded for 2026 without giving details. Confirmed on-site services are a box office that opens one hour before doors, a $12 coat check and paid parking next to the venue.

Travel & Planning Guide

The official travel page puts the venue at 625 Smith Ave, Nashville, TN 37204, a few minutes from downtown Nashville and about 15 minutes from Nashville International Airport (BNA). Parking passes bought in advance on the website cost $50 per vehicle for both days or $30 for a single day, and on-site parking through a QR code is $35, single day only. To reach the lot, take Wedgewood Ave: from Craighead St turn onto Wedgewood Ave and make a left into the lot, and from I-65 exit at Wedgewood Ave and make a right into the lot. For rideshare, take Wedgewood Ave into the Fairgrounds (a right from Craighead St, a left from I-65) and the drop-off zone is on the right. Public transit options are not listed on the official site.

The only hotel named on the official travel page is The Printing House, 501 3rd Ave South, Nashville, TN 37210, with a Book Now button. The page does not mention a discount code or room block, so check the rate before you book. Because the venue is close to downtown, any hotel in the downtown or SoBro area keeps your rideshare short, and you will be leaving around the 2am curfew on both nights, so plan your ride home before you go.

Tickets are sold on Tixr, the seller linked from the official site. The ticketing terms say all sales are final with no refunds or exchanges, so buy only from Tixr or other channels the promoter authorizes. Bring your ID, because the ticketing terms say there are no exceptions. The box office opens one hour before doors each night, outside the main entrance. Once you are inside, stay in: the FAQ says there is no re-entry. Use the $12 coat check for your jacket, since you will arrive and leave on a cold December night.

What to Know Before You Go

👜
Pack A Clear Bag

The official FAQ says every bag must be clear and smaller than 12 x 6 x 12 inches. Small purses and clutches are allowed. If you bring a CamelBak or other water pack, it must have a single chamber and be completely empty when you reach the gate. Pack what you need for six hours, ID, phone, earplugs and a card for the coat check, and leave the backpack at the hotel.

🅿️
Buy Parking Before You Drive

The official travel page sells parking passes in advance at $50 per vehicle for both nights or $30 for one night. If you wait and pay on site with the QR code, it costs $35 and covers a single day only. If you are driving both nights, the two-day pass saves you $20 compared with paying on site twice. The lot is reached from Wedgewood Ave, off Craighead St or I-65.

🚕
Use The Wedgewood Ave Drop-Off

The official travel page gives a separate rideshare route. From Craighead St, turn onto Wedgewood Ave and make a right into the Fairgrounds. From I-65, exit at Wedgewood Ave and make a left into the Fairgrounds. The drop-off zone is on the right in both cases. Put that in your pickup note, and agree on a meeting spot with your group before the 2am curfew, when everyone leaves at the same time.

🧥
Check Your Coat And Stay In

You arrive and leave on a December night in Nashville, but you dance indoors, so wear something warm on top and check it. The official FAQ lists coat check at $12 per coat. There is no re-entry, and the ticketing terms say you would need a new ticket to come back in the same day. Eat before doors at 8pm and bring everything you need for the night inside with you.

🪪
Bring An Accepted ID

Entry is 18+ under the official ticketing terms, and a valid government-issued photo ID is required with no exceptions. The FAQ accepts a state driver's license or ID card, a passport booklet or card, or a military ID that shows your birthdate. The terms say expired IDs, school IDs, licenses from outside the U.S. and Canada, and copies are not accepted. Check the expiry date on your card before you travel.

🚫
Know What To Leave At Home

The official prohibited items list is long. Leave at home totems or flags with metal or wood pieces, stuffed animals and large toys, unsealed over-the-counter medicine, cameras with removable lenses, selfie sticks, tripods, water guns and misters, chairs, laser pointers, paint and markers, and any flyers or stickers. Prescription medication in a non-approved container must be handed over, so keep it in the original labeled bottle.
