Custom Jerseys and Cold-Night Layers They'll Actually Wear

Send us your idea, logo, reference image, or just the vibe, and we’ll design it with you for free. You’ll see the full mockup within 24–48 hours and can ask for unlimited revisions before you approve the design.

Our jerseys are 100% polyester and sublimation printed. Heat and pressure turn the printed ink into a gas that dyes the fabric. Epson’s printing primer lists 100% polyester or mostly polyester fabric for the method. There’s more on how a sublimated jersey is printed in our guide.

We can also embroider a single custom jersey, at an extra cost we quote before you pay. Names, numbers, and crests can all be stitched, or a printed design can carry an embroidered crest. We confirm on the mockup what stitches cleanly.

If they follow one DJ, we make fan-inspired designs with DJ names and logos. They’re fan pieces, not official merch. Look for their favorite artist on our electronic music DJ pages.

For hockey style, put the same name and number on a hockey jersey.

1. Check the tag on a jersey or hoodie they wear a lot.
2. Better still, borrow a top that fits them. Lay it flat and measure straight across the chest just below the armholes, then from the top of the front neckline seam down to the hem. Kustom Kit’s measuring guide uses the same method for T-shirts, polos, and sweatshirts.
3. Send us those numbers and ask which size to pick before you approve, or open our size charts for that garment.
4. If you can’t get into their closet, ask someone in their crew.
5. Each piece has its own range. Baseball jerseys list XS–5XL. Hockey jerseys, full-length hoodies, and most hooded jerseys and cloaks list XS–4XL, and we make those in 5XL on request.
6. Tell us the date you need it by and we’ll confirm the realistic delivery window.
7. Approve the free mockup once the size and date are settled. You don’t pay until you approve.

• Hooded baseball jerseys give them a hood to pull up in line, and they’re still 100% polyester jerseys with room for a name and number. Most list XS–4XL with 5XL on request, and some list XS–5XL.
• A cloak goes over the whole rave outfit. The Neon Green Geometric Alien cloak has a hood and a zip front, in XS–5XL. Most of our cloaks list XS–4XL, with 5XL on request.
• A hoodie suits someone who runs cold. Our full-length rave hoodies list XS–4XL, with 5XL on request.

Give the whole crew one design, with each person’s own name and number on the back. There’s no minimum. For under 10 pieces, start a custom jersey order. For 10 or more pieces (they don’t have to match), ask for a group quote on our bulk order page. Group discounts are available.

A crew flag is a gift the whole group shares. Our Dark Navy Group Bone flag (it reads SKULL SQUAD) measures 60 x 36 in, and you’ll find more rave flags in the shop. Check the event’s rules first. Countdown NYE allows flags but no hard flagpoles. Decadence Colorado allows flags with no poles and says its rules can change without notice.
